28 Oct TURKISH COOKING DEMONSTRATION AT ALAMBIQUE
We really had a wonderful cooking experience with the renowned Turkish chefs Deniz Sahin, Adnan Sahin and Cüneyt Asan at Alambique and learned more about Anatolian cuisine history and its cooking methods.
We raised our glasses with the typical Turkish drink Raki as well as Turkish wine whose history dates back to ancient Anatolia.
As Turkish novelist Abdulhak Sinasi Hisar said, “We shouldn’t underestimate any dish calling it simply food. It’s sacred and represents by itself a whole civilization”.
